Consumer Cellular, Nokia 2780, 8GB, Blue - Flip Phone

I purchased this Nokia flip phone for my husband for his birthday. I researched different brands of flip phones before ordering this one. He will only use a flip phone and the Nokia flip phone had the highest rating of them all. It is a bit larger than his other (no name) phone that he got from a different provider than he has now. It has a larger screen on the inside and the outside and larger numbers that you don't have to push hard in order to place a call. He epically likes that.

Nice phone - compact and set up with Consumer Cellular.

This is a good buy for what I intended for this phone. My father-in-law, who is up in age (77), wanted something simple with big buttons. We tried a few before we found one that had big enough buttons for him and this was the phone he liked the best!

I really like this product. It is a nice flip phone the only downside that I have regarding this phone is the Keyboard. It should be an digital keyboard to use on the phone because it is time consuming using the keypad on the phone. Other than that it is a great phone.

This was to be a phone for my sister and it came with my phone number. I am not replacing my phone. This was a mistake on your part and I should not have to pay for a new SIM card. Consumer cellular is a great company and I hope to rectify this problem soon.

Looked like a good choice for someone who dislikes smartphones. Bought because it has wi fi calling (VoltE) but battery life when connected to wi fi is very poor. Will most likely return.

My Father hates the phone. When open the volume buttons on the side are always being hit. It's off balance if you try to hold it below the volume button. The up down and left right buttons are too close to the center select button. For older people with hand and eye problems it is extremely difficult to use. My father wants to break the phone but he says it won't help since it was broken when they designed it.

Would not see sim card, impossible set up. Piece of junk

If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased this for my grandmother who needs a simple flip phone to be able to make and receive a few calls. After having to call and get it set up because the “simple” instructions for online set up didn't work - it worked for one phone call and then kept turning off by itself. A complete waste of our time.

I'm based in Denver, CO, and purchased this Flip Phone for my 88 yr. old mom based in Scottsdale, AZ. So to facilitate the order, I had it drop-shpd. to my Tempe, AZ- based sister-in-law. She, in turn, did the legwork to get the phone activated and in my mom's hands. Because the phone didn't work, I had to screen shot and send the Walmart credit card receipt to my sister-in-law to get the refund from Walmart. Then, my sister-in-law went to Target, and purchased the same phone, dift. color, from Target.
