Very fast delivery. Extremely good value. The smartphone has been factory refurbished, but is essentially new. Works very well. Since I am a Consumer Cellular customer, this was a replacement phone. Great price for this phone with lots of features. It is my husbands first smart phone. Fast delivery. I am glad that walmart is selling consumer cellular phones.

You must install an operating system upgrade and applications upgrade before using this phone. Without that, the user interface is very slow, and icons / buttons act in a somewhat weird way, like the power button doesn't bring up a Power Off menu, and you have to press Power and Volume up buttons to turn off the phone. The operating system upgrade package is over half gigabyte in size, so unless you have free Wi-Fi available, you'll have to pay for over half gigabyte of mobile data. But once all that is downloaded and installed, the user interface functions as it should, and from that point on, it's a normal, good cell phone.

I received this phone, purchased through Walmart but not from Walmart, the phone was dead, I charged it all night it never powered on, i set a return up and Walmart couldn't do the return. I have to contact the 3rd party. very disappointing.

Too many glitches. And slow responses

DO NOT ORDER! Phone that arrived was NOT what i ordered. Someone just grabbed any old phone from the shelf and tossed it in bag. was a straight talk phone.
