Consumer Cellular, Nokia G400, 5G, 64GB, Gray - Smartphone

This is a very good phone. I just bought one in July 2025. It is for my brother who is a VA senior who lost the other phone. I like this phone because it's a very good brand. It's very sturdy. And I did get the insurance in case it needed it for protection against dropping it. Or if the screen get cracked. It was an easy phone to program the first time. The second time since he lost the first one (insurance did not cover it for a lost) I did not have the SIM card so I did purchase one. Still having a little problem setting up the second phone. This is a very good phone. I like this phone because it looks very rugged and he loves it. It's sturdy. And I did get the insurance in case it needed it for the case get cracked. Bought this phone for my husband who is not tech genius-he likes the talk feature and was easy for him to learn Android smart phone. It's a bit heavy has all features and function easy to use.

this phone came to me with the SIM card in it.l was surprised how easy it was to use.the camera is a lot better than my iris was.sounds better in my vehicle on Bluetooth also.

I got this phone from Walmart about two months ago and it's very hard to set up. It's actually still not set up. I cannot activate it. Everything works except the phone and texting and a few other things, but I can't get the phone to go even when I call customer service, they really no help they send you to another area where you gotta pay money to get information on how to set the rest of it off, and I thought that was kind tacky let you pay to get the phone and everything and then you gotta pay more to find out how to set the phone up. There is instructions, but to me there were hard to understand.

Plug in phone to charge it. 20 minutes later tried to pick up phone and it burned my hand. Tried to unplug from wall, charger was to hot to handle. Went on get a pot holder so I could unplug without getting burned agai n.

Phone is defective, Walmart promised refund and never did, buyer beware, seller does not respond fraud by scheme
