It was and unexpected purchase. Need in and emergency. Received in record time. The price was with in my budget

A great phone at a decent price. I got it for my teenager, and it's holding up with no sign of slowing down after countless apps and games, so I'm impressed.

Have had multiple Samsung phones and the battery life in this one is the worst of any of them. Not sure why as the others were great.

Coming from an Galaxy S22, this A16 is very slow, processing wise. Other than its slow processing, decent phone for someone that does not care about how fast the app response is.

I don't like the idea of an expensive phone or a phone sitting out there in a bag in front of my door The gentleman didn't even knock didn't do anything I just I don't want to tip it and I wasn't aware that there was a tip in it he could have knocked and it really really makes me angry.

I never received my order! My order shipped to my old address even though I updated all contact and shipping address information. Walmart has done nothing to help with getting this issue resolved. Because of this non help I had to contact my CC company to stop payment.

so far I've had this phone for about 2 months. it runs slow on apps and every time I'm on a web page or an app when I leave to text somebody the app or the web page refreshes and I have to start over. the camera isn't as good as I thought it would be. it's a decent phone but overpriced.

I've had the phone for only two months and it has locked up on me two times now. It is locked up now and that is why I got on the website to see when I purchased a phone to see if I'm able to return it. It has been nothing but problems.

I purchased this phone and a Motorola phone to use on consumer Cellular and neither one of them would make a phone call so I need to return them both and can't figure out how to do it
