has card slot, set up no trouble with consumer cellular - i just switched sim to it. the a15 is supported for 3 more years and is a nice phone, good sound and display

Pro: Samsung at Moto G price point. Nice looking phone and bright colorful display quality. Con: Battery life is short. You can watch the battery numbers dwindle fast. Worse than the battery life is the overheating. And when it overheats, it sometimes freezes, so you can't even shut it off. So with these problems, I had a pretty frustrating first couple of days with the phone, but then I found that I've grown used to the phone and learned to use it without triggering the overheating problem somehow. But the battery still drains fast. After getting used to it, I like it more. It's okay for the price.

The phone works well. However, when I opened up the package, there was no pin key enclosed to open the sim card compartment. I also thought the phone came with a sim card, and it did not. I was a bit disappointed and misleading.

The phone says it's Consumer Cellular but the ones running the store say it's not. If you look at the order like I am, It says it is. They put a liquid glass on it and it didn't stay. I took out the protection on it and I have paid it every month. They said that I didn't. The liquid glass shattered right away after it was put on. We always use liquid glass but have never had this happen. My phone when I bought it was supposed to be 5g. They said it was only 3g. This is not nice! I will replace both of our phones as soon as possible.

Samsung Galaxy A15 -5G with 128GB memory. Received correct phone BUT although it was a ConsumerCellular approved phone, there was NO SIM card and could not be activated. Only luckily this phone was replacing an existing identical working ConsumerCellular phone with a SIM card to transfer or this purchase would have been a total waste.

spent hrs. on the phone with Consumer Cellular trying to get this phone to work. Did not come with sim card, so when I ordered a Consumer Cellular sim card ran into more problems. that is how I found out it was not a Consumer Cellular phone.

This phone does not have wifi calling. My husband does not require the wifi calling. He is keeping one phone, the other with the warranty will be returned.

Would give zero stars if possible, phone started turning off sporadically after 3 months, then locked up ,couldn't turn off or restart, family member has same phone purchased at Target, not sold by Creo,is working just fine.DO NOT BUY Waste of money. Shame on you, Walmart for selling items from3rd parties you do not stand behind.
