This product is nice in size and design. The seller provides great service to customer.

The software that is to be used for the device never was able to be downloaded and used. They do not provide the disk software any longer. It was not worth the hassle.

does not print Ekg in the correct mode; i e. would only print 3 or 6 leads instead of 12 leads. connectors are big and bulky

Needs improvements
the suction cups do not work on hairy skin nor anyone very well. It should have the option to connect to the internet. the print is smudged and difficult to read
