Cheap Junk
Several issues: - the tubing that holds the towels is so thin you can bend it by hanging a heavy wet towel off of it. - The mechanism that attaches it to the wall is so tight that you would need to tap into place with a hammer, which would almost inevitably break the towel bars. - There is no "play" in the installation hardware. If you drill your holes off by more than maybe 1/64th of an inch, then you will never get the towel bar over the wall posts. I spent the day installing towel and TP holders from Kohler, Symmons, and Moen. They each have their idiosyncracies, but this stuff form Alno is just thin-walled trash.
