The best travel drunk holder by far! Hot or cold keeps the temperature for hours! When I use it cold I place in fridge overnight and it helps keep it super cold the first few hours! Hot stays hot. Love the open and close button. Can’t say enough. Buy it you will not regret this purchase!!

I like to drink cold milk in the evening while I'm watching t.v. or playing games on my tablet. I fill this up once and it stays cold all evening. The lid is a little tricky to get lined up right sometime so pay attention that you don't get it on crooked and dump your drink down your neck. I did that once and now I'm careful to check that it's on straight. Other than that, it's great.

This Contigo Huron 16oz travel mug met or exceeded nearly everything I was looking for in a travel mug. Pros: - Good feel in hand (but see con below) - Easy one-handed lid latch can be opened for drinking (and resealing) with a flick of a pointer finger - Completely leak-proof when lid latch closed - Maintains good temperature for hot or cold beverages - Reasonably easy to clean lid mechanism - Stylish design fits in most car cup holders - Nearly indestructible with constant daily use - Very good value for the money Cons: - All-metal barrel construction can be slippery (I improvised a better grip by sliding three 7/8" rubber "stretchy" bracelets to the center of the barrel - see photo)

My new 16oz Contigo Huron is the perfect size for my morning drinks whether its coffee or oj. The drinking area closes to prevent leaks %26 it fits easily in my car cup holder. I purchased black because I take it along with me everyday everywhere. no spills in my bag at all. i do rinse it after use to prevent lingering smells on the rubber seals.

The only insulated coffee mug for toddler parents. Mine has put this mug through ALL of the testing methods (without being able to open it) and I haven’t had a single drop spill yet 🥲 it’s easy to clean, keeps the coffee warm for hours, and an affordable choice.

It is a good coffee thermos as it keeps the coffee hot for hours and hours. The lid screws on tight so there is no leaking. My only slight complaint is that it’s a little difficult to clean underneath the lid because it only opens a little bit. But overall I’m satisfied and it seems like a quality product.

My on the road cup that keeps the coffee/tea hot for a longggg time. I prefer this lid that is easy to open and close plus spill proof. NOTE: If the lid is very stubborn to open, open the lid and file the plastic mold down a bit. I always get the baristas to fill this instead of wasting their paper/plastic cups that don’t keep it warm for long.

I bought contigo mugs from costco and they were great. I wanted more that I could throw in in my lunch kit or handle being knocked on its side without leaking. I bought 2 of these for my morning coffees and 1 for my girlfriend. 1 of the 2 that I use leaks from the pivot mechanism and was able to empty half the contents in my lunch before I realized it had happened. It seems to be coming out of the center of the lid and not where the ball and seal are (drinking edge). I'm super disappointed that the one isn't quality enough to hold fluids on it's side.

There is no way I could open this travel mug one handed. It takes me two, every time. We buy Contigo all the time and we really like them, but I will not buy another Contigo Huron. It is impossible for me to open without using two hands. Nice stainless interior. Who cares how efficient it is if you can’t get the darn thing open??

I purchased this because it said it was leakproof, it is not leakproof. Such a disappointment and for the amount of money I spent it should at least be leakproof as stated in the description. I have other Contigo products that are actually leakproof so this was quite a disappointment. I hope this is not another company that experiences growth and then begins to sacrifice quality over producing larger quantities.
