Contigo AUTOSEAL West Loop, 16oz, Black

I LOVE Contigo West Loop mugs. This is my 4th, not because they wear out, but because I have one for everywhere… home, work, car, water, coffee/tea. My only issue is this one is a little hard to screw the lid closed tight (I have arthritis). Not terrible, as long as it remains spill-proof, which it has, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Love these. They are durable, easy to clean. The size of these are convenient. Fit perfect in cup holders. And keep beverages cold for hours. I've had ice water last up to 24 hours. I like the no straw, press function and the lock also. Have dropped them while full and stayed intact. Good price.

1/4 turn will get the lid on and off! this is the very best Contigo ive ever owned and ive been using them for at least 10 years! why? Because this model is leak and spill proof! i use it for hot coffee and love it it because it will stay hot for a few hours. You cant gk wrong buying this model and it makes a great gift also!!!

Easy to use on the go mug for coffee or tea. Fits perfectly in the car, not too heavy, and keeps my coffee hot. Easy to use lid helps avoid any tragic spills on the way to work.

Very functional easy to clean love the color and size. Easy to grip and no spill. Price is affordable, fits perfect in car drink holder. Have dropped it several times and does not open.

Hot beverages stay HOT for hours. I've used this for tea and coffee & VERY happy with how it maintains the beverage temp. The lid has a lock so you can carry it inside a bag/purse assuring the button won't be accidentally pushed. Completely leak proof! I've carried mine to work in a tote bag without incident. I'm going to get another so I have one exclusively for coffee. Love it! Only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is because the 24oz. cup doesn't have a slip proof grip and doesn't quite fit my beverage holder (of my 2004 Ford). I added some silicone bands around the middle of mine as an improvised anti-slip grip.

I've been using this Contigo Autoseal travel mug daily, and I'm genuinely impressed with its performance. First of all, leakage is not an issue at all — the Autoseal lid really works, and I can confidently keep it in my bag without worrying about spills. The usability is great too: it's comfortable to hold, and the one-hand button makes it easy to drink while driving or walking. When it comes to assembly, the lid is super easy to take apart for cleaning, which I appreciate because there are no hidden areas for coffee buildup. The material feels durable and high-quality, and the color still looks vibrant after lots of use. Also, the portability is perfect — it's lightweight and fits well in car cup holders. Overall, it keeps my drinks hot for hours and has become my go-to mug every day.

The matte black finish started chipping off after the 1st month. Hand washed only. Really disapointed. But, of course, that part isn't covered. Base is too wide to fit in the beverage holder of my Audi. Otherwise, keeps beverages at temp for long periods. Spill-proof lid works well. 2nd gen lid is much easier to keep clean than my previous 1st gen lid. Still not perfect, but better. Also, the over-molded grip surface has become gummy and unpleasant to hold.

Shipping was on time, main body is well made, does as advertised ...but the seal rubber piece will not stay in the seal release arm. This little rubber special shaped piece that closes the drinking hole has fallen off since we received the mug. The past mug we owned was not like this at all. To bad you went cheap on the new gen. sorry 2 stars only.

Does not seem to keep Ice as long as advertised. Some leaking occurs even when tightly and locked. Have seen lower pricing in stores then on web site.
