helps me with snoring and acid reflux. and the fact that it's long it doesn't feel like an abrupt change, it's continuous, comfortable. I definitely recommend this product.

Pillow arrived rolled up in small box. I allowed 48 hours for it to expand to full size. Pillow is a little firmer than expected, but still nice. I trimmed it a little to fit in an old wedge cover I already had. I was able to sleep much better.
Got this to avoid neck and shoulder pain a d improve posture. Works great even before I let it fully expand. I opted for bo cover to save money. It's basically just a medical grade industrial foam wedge. Pleasantly firm but not rock hard. Is just the bare foam without the cover and has a strong medical smell but not overpowering. Hopefully the smell goes away but is not expected or really needed. I just wrapped it in a blanket instead of a cover.
This item was too big for my needs but would be good for someone who needs to elevate there legs or back in a laying position for the price the value is there it is a sturdy peice of compressed foam i did not return because once you take out of the box you can't compress it back into the package it came in so i am using it in my desk chair for my back but that was not the purpose i purchased it for if you need something for leggs or back this might be an affordable option for you good luck
I've slept on one before, but it's been quite a while. It takes a few days to get used to it again.
its different then i except seeing it in person then on on photo its cheapy material not very comfortable
The description stated the height dimension as 4" and the unit is barely 2" which does not raise the head much at all.
Someone failed their geometry class. The item was not a wedge. There was no incline. It was a rectangular block of foam. Item returned.
