Bought for 18 month old granddaughter to use with supervision. I could not get this to connect to my internet after several attempts and days trying. It wanted access and to set up to a Gmail account so i opted to return. This is a great package deal for price. I had technical issues.

The features are wonderful. The Screen is extra sensitive for being made for children. screen cracked while my son was playing it and got shards of the screen in his fingers. Can't replace the screen because it cost more to replace the screen than it does to purchase another tablet, (which i refuse to do!) Not everyone can afford to replace educational items just because of the lack of quality.

I was disappointed with this purchase because I got this tablet for my son as a Christmas present (He's been wanting one for awhile) but, anyways…when he opened it and got it turned on it fell out of his hand an hit the floor (but just fyi it was literally a small/short fall from his hands to the floor it didn't crack the screen or anything) and when I picked it up it would come on to the screen but it wasn't letting me click on anything or slide the screen up to unlock (I think it popped the touchscreen button outta place or something) It definitely wasn't worth it for it to mess up so easily like that😩🤦🏻‍♀️ I certainly wouldn't recommend this Tablet to anyone else that's for dang sure!🎯‼️

Even with a heavy duty case an screen protector my kids were able to smash it and break it super easy only had it for a week. Like it's a cheap product that's why I figured if I bought the good case and screen protector that it would help its value and definitely was wrong about that.

They deliver my they deliver my package to a door that I don't even know so now it's close to Christmas. Don't have my don't have my daughters Christmas gift which I'm sure she would've been looking forward to. I would not recommend anyone to buy this off Walmart. I would buy it off Amazon.

Opened Christmas morning. Turned on, set it up, and finished charging. Worked fine for a couple days until the battery died. Tried to charge it again and it would no longer charge or turn on. Very disappointed.

worked okay for a few months its very slow to do anything. It seemed to die pretty quickly and now it will not charge at all. we purchased brand new 4 moths ago roughly. no damage whatsoever just will not charge at all now. highly disappointing

Despite seeing some bad reviews I went ahead and purchased this for my son to do schoolwork on. Definitely disappointed. Tablet is so slow, the app wouldn't load all the way (and it does fine on other android devices). If you only want this for the pre loaded games then maybe it would be a good investment, but definitely not what we were looking for. The battery also does wear down extremely fast! Not keeping

The battery life on this thing is nonexistent. I would charge it for my daughter all night and when she woke up in the morning she would use it for an hour and it would run down the battery to nothing. Definitely not buying this item again.

literally the tablet until she dropped it face first The protector did not save it from cracking. tablet still works but I'm afraid of her getting cut with the glass. overall the product is very well maintained and it works properly. didn't have it but 3 weeks before it broke. would love the replacement at least.
