Nice easy to use tablet but the battery dies quick

Great product especially for the price! Got it for my 3 year old grandson. Had to get a screen protector cause it isn't protected.

when it worked this tablet was great for our toddler. However, we are returning the 2nd one in 3-4 months! The first one the charging port came loose after 2-3 weeks and can no longer be charged, and the 2nd one will not turn on at all after only 2 weeks and froze upon starting from day 3! it is so disappointing because when it works these tablets are so simple to use and wonderful.

I just received this tablet for my two yrs old daughter and during setup and after setup was done the tablet blanked out to a black screen so my other daughter waited for a moment and tried to restart it then the screen showed up with the different apps back to normal but what and the battery life sucks once charged it goes dead so fast if I only can get my money back and just put some with it and find her a cheap and affordable iPad

This has been the worst tablet I ever experienced. I pay extra for extra storage and it's not even working on day two the sound is really low and you can't hear anything. Now the screen is not working. I can't even swipe up to unlock the screen for my child so please do not buy this tablet because it's not working right and it will frustrate you.

Ordered 2 of these for my daughters. One died after setting it up and wouldn't charge or turn back on. The other doesn't keep a charge for very long. Will be returning both of them. Ordered a similar one in purple and same thing. Wouldn't charge or turn on when we took it out of the box! Very disappointed as I liked the features it had for parental controls from my phone.

I originally bought 2 similar tablets (pink unicorn ones but with 64GB). One died after setting it up for my daughter and wouldn't charge or turn back on. So I ordered her this one. Got it today and went to turn it on. Already dead and wouldn't charge or turn on. Very disappointed as I really liked the features it had to parental control them from my phone! The other pink one (that worked) won't hold a charge for very long so Im returning that one as well.

Won't charge and does so fast… got for a Christmas gift for my 5 yr old as her old tablet she had for 4 yrs wanted to upgrade it but no not even 2weekd and so many issues
