My son wanted it for the race car design but when we got it it was sports design not the cars design

This has been the worst tablet I ever experienced. I pay extra for extra storage and it's not even working on day two the sound is really low and you can't hear anything. Now the screen is not working. I can't even swipe up to unlock the screen for my child so please do not buy this tablet because it's not working right and it will frustrate you.

I originally bought 2 similar tablets (pink unicorn ones but with 64GB). One died after setting it up for my daughter and wouldn't charge or turn back on. So I ordered her this one. Got it today and went to turn it on. Already dead and wouldn't charge or turn on. Very disappointed as I really liked the features it had to parental control them from my phone! The other pink one (that worked) won't hold a charge for very long so Im returning that one as well.

I bought two tablets for my children for Christmas. They were great until they died for the first time which was not very long after they began using them when we went to charge them using the chargers provided they would not charge. We tried other chargers they would not charge at all after buying multiple chargers trying to get these tablets to charge. We are still left with two tablets that do not charge I'm hesitant to even return them because I can't charge them enough to erase my children's information off of them. We set them up as a child's tablet and had them linked to our parent Google accounts, highly disappointed.

I just received this tablet for my two yrs old daughter and during setup and after setup was done the tablet blanked out to a black screen so my other daughter waited for a moment and tried to restart it then the screen showed up with the different apps back to normal but what and the battery life sucks once charged it goes dead so fast if I only can get my money back and just put some with it and find her a cheap and affordable iPad

Not worth the money, even if it's a deal or sale. Crashes frequently, sluggish, needs to be hard reset way more than it should be. I wish I could return it

Ordered 2 of these for my daughters. One died after setting it up and wouldn't charge or turn back on. The other doesn't keep a charge for very long. Will be returning both of them. Ordered a similar one in purple and same thing. Wouldn't charge or turn on when we took it out of the box! Very disappointed as I liked the features it had for parental controls from my phone.

I have not had this item for barely 2 weeks. It has already stopped charging. I will have to return to store. Do Not Buy!!!??

It's broken and he can't even use it. I requested the cars and they didn't have the design I chose on the case.

Won't charge and does so fast… got for a Christmas gift for my 5 yr old as her old tablet she had for 4 yrs wanted to upgrade it but no not even 2weekd and so many issues
