Has a very weak bad sound and Volume . Short battery life needs recharging like every 3- about 3 and half hours after a full charge. Also it randomly suddenly sometimes powers off out of no where and doesn't power back on and starts back when it wants too.

Bought this for my grandchild to help with reading development. The tablet worked great for the first month then it had constant issues. The tablet would turn off even with a full charge, apps were glitching, and the charging cord gave out and would charge the tablet. Even though it was a great deal for a Christmas gift, it's not worth the purchase.

I purchased 3 of these tablets for my grandchildren for Christmas. They came lat so I didn't gift them untill their birthdays in January. It is the first of March and 2 of the 3 will no longer charge. The tablets have only been used with adult supervision and have not been abused. I was told that they are not returnable since it is just past 30 days. I feel they were defective and would not recommend purchasing this brand.

I got this around the first of the year and now it is not charging. It has not been charging since last month, which was April and I bought a blue one and a pink one and both of them are not charging worst money I've ever spent I would never purchase this if I was you.

From the time I got the tablet until currently the Battery has not held a charge. So I went back and read some views from other people and they had the same problem!! Had I known about this Battery problem I would have gotten a different brand tablet. So don't waste ur money on it. Had 2 get my Grand daughter a different tablet.

i bought 2 of these for my grands for Christmas. but since tgey already had tablets tgat work. i kept them for back ip if something happens to the one's they're using. well, i finally needed to open it up because one went out. im setting up the tablet. finish the set up. try to go to play store and the screen just goes black. ive hooked it to 2 chargers ive let sit. its just black. waste of money. i need a new one or a refund.

I purchased this for my four year-old as she loves Disney princess books. I was very excited about this product as it had multiple books already on the tablet. My daughter was able to use this item. It was placed on our kitchen table to charge when we came back to turn it on whether it was already turned on because it was fully charged. The screen looked cracked. It was very distorted coloring, and my daughter just cried because we got her super excited about her pink new tablet that had Disney books on it and it didn't work for her.

I ordered two iPad's and only received one. Even though the second one was promised on a certain date. I kept receiving notices on when it would be delivered, then suddenly my order was cancelled without my knowledge with no explanation.

I bought this for my sister it had a protective case on it she fell asleep in the bed with it and it hit the floor and busted the inside where u couldn't see anything on the screen. She only got to use this for a week.

I got this the 1st of this year and now it won't charge I got two one pink one blue and both stopped charging around the same time I would not buy this if I were you!
