Would have given 5 stars but it's the language that makes it kind of hard to hear what the robot is saying sometimes. And the recordings aren't easy to master, but I guess in time it will become easier. I do love how it repeats what you say, so you can hear if it understands what you're saying. This will be great for my grandson to improve his speech. A very fun interactive toy nonetheless.

My daughter loves to talk to it and hear it repeat her words. Dislike how it tips over so easily when moving around. it also randomly turns on and gives us a scare. but overall recommended for little ones

Got this for my 6 yr old son for Christmas. The robot comes in a box but it was shipped in a plastic bag, so the box was a little beat up looking. Takes 3 AAA batteries, which is not included, the compartment is kind of hidden and you will have to grab a little black piece to pull the battery holder out. With fresh new batteries, seems to work okay. In the middle of testing this robot out and telling it the listed commands, there were a few problems: suddenly shuts down and doesnt respond to any commands, then I would have to push the record button, or tried the on/off switch but it didn't always come back to life that way; when commanding it to move back, it sometimes fell forward and can't right itself back up, so I would have to stand it back up manually; sometimes it responded differently then what the instructions said. I have not tested the recording function, it supposedly can record a short message. It is cute and neat that it follows simple voice commands per the instructions. Overall, toy is ok for preschool age. My son likes robots and remote controlled toys. won't know until Christmas if he likes it or not. But personally, I would not purchase this again.

This item does not appear to me as would be something for a child to play with because it really doesn't do Holly nothing it walks across the floor, but how long will it hold the child's attention. I returned it because I didn't think it was a good gift I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

I ordered two of these, a green and a blue one. One for each grandson for Christmas. The green one shipped pretty fast, but I had to wait for the blue one. When I finally did receive the second one they sent a green one again. I definitely do not have the time to ship it back for an exchange or refund and the physical stores near me do not have them.

This toy is cute, but it is supposed to be able follow commands and it definitely has a lot of trouble doing so. My son, his dad, myself, and a few other family members have tried and it is just very difficult to get this thing to do what it's supposed to do. My son has given up on it and doesn't play with it anymore. It was a waste of money.

I bought 3 robots for my grandchildren for Christmas. Of the three, only one worked. Very disappointing.
