I opened the box. Dumped it out. And about 10 seconds later it was done. It almost put itself together! I was amazed! Replaced a smaller house/cage same brand. Puppy got bigger. Great products. Highest recommendation. A

Very disappointed with this crate! I am a breeder of cairn Terriers and I have owned numerous contour crates it never had a crate that had some very sharp edges on the wires. One of the clips on a side panel was bent so badly that it was necessary to reshape the clip to connect the side and back panel together.. A “U wire” witch is needed to help secure the end section to the top was never put on. A call to MIDWEST’s HELPLINE was a waste of time. The woman who took my call listened as I described the issues with the making and quality control process involved with this Contour crate. The end result of this call,I was advised that Midwest does not take returns, they only Manufacture the Crates,I was to contact the supplier to resolve this problem. I am in the process of returning the crate to Walmart, who has made this process very easy. I will purchase another Contour crate as normanly I am very pleased with these crates. I provide a crate to anyone who buys one of our puppies and needs a crate. I have owned more than twenty five Midwest crates. This is the first time I had issues with one. The customer service rep at the Midwest helpline what is of no help whatsoever. The last thing she said to me was if you order another crate you probably won’t have this problem again. Really?? Good luck with a response like that.
