Great option for sleeping on your back.
This pillow helps me sleep better on my back with my CPAP machine.

Cutouts work, while still supporting my head.
The cutouts on the sides of the pillow keep any pressure off my full-face mask, preventing leaks, while still supporting my chin and forehead.

100 polyester not cotton. Didn't help
Didn't help me with the CPAP mask, it doesn't do anything about it, my mask still leaks and this is an uncomfortable 100% polyester pillow. Not cotton.

This pillow did not help me
It is a nice soft pillow. However, it did not help me because when I turn to my side during sleeping, my mask does not touch the pillow so the cut out part did not help me. It could help someone who put their faces into the pillow.
