I am blessed enough to have someone cut my country lawn, but when the Bahia grass started taking over and was about to lose my helper. I researched a solution The ingredients in this fit the bill and actually this AM when it was tine for a cutting We both are pleased with the job this did. The lawn is now manageable andthe "real" grass is growing back.

This stuff works to get rid of bahia. Just mix in designated amounts and put it in a sprayer and slowly spray on property. I have used it several years and been completely satisfied. If all the neighborhood would do it, we could eradicate bahia.

Great Stuff for Dollar weed. Be very careful when handling it. For one gallon of water mix 1 gram (no more than 1 gram) of the tiny pellets. It is confusing to use liquid volume with mass weight but the product is set up for farmers to use on crops and they big sprayers on the back of tractors. It helps to add a surfacant too so the product will stick to the leaves of the weeds. You can order a small electronic scale on Amazon to get the exact weight.

I bought this product to control Virginia Buttonweed that was infesting my St. Augustine. I live in Houston so it gets very hot in the summer and products like Roundup For Lawns recommend that you use them before the weather gets too hot. I read that this product was reasonably tolerated even in hot weather. It worked amazingly! The trick is to use exactly the right amount. Since I was only spot treating I used half the amount of the lowest level marker in the dispenser container. I used .05 ounce of granules with water in a 1 gallon sprayer and sprayed the weeds until saturated but not soaked on an overcast day. It took a few weeks to see some spotting on the weeds, but they stopped growing right away. The grass where I sprayed also stopped growing but it didn't die or turn yellow, it just stayed short. By 1 month most of the weeds were gone and by 5 weeks I can't see them anymore and the grass is continuing to grow again.

This thing damaged my oak trees! Be very very careful. I'm having arborists coming to see if they can be saved. Not worth killing your dollar weeds if your big Oak trees die!
