I found amount of caplets you have to daunting. They are not small. Over all tho Go the benefits of the vitamins were great. The extra supplements for joint health and others needs were a plus. My body feels better over all fro taking these supplements over the average One a Day. I did break up the amount of them by taking 3 @ AM and 3 @ PM. I would recommend these as an alternative to your normal daily vitamins.

I put my fitness aside for too long and was taking generic multivitamins during that time. Now that I am focusing on getting back into exercise, I decided to put this multivitamen back into my regimen. Admittedly, it could be a number of changes I've made but I do believe these make a notable difference. Energy levels are up and GI is much cleaner. There are a variety of "extra" value added nutrients you get with these over the generic brand. Worth at least trying out. If you're like me, you'll be buying again.

The serving size of these is kind of a lot, you are supposed to take 6 daily, but you can split them up into 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening which isn't so bad at all. I really like that these are a well rounded supplement in one, so I can just take these instead of several different ones to get the same benefits. They actually give you 45 days worth, which is awesome because most are only enough for a month. I'm pretty impressed with this supplement, Ive felt great this week after starting them, with great energy!

I'm looking forward to trying these supplements I've been trying to get healthier. I bought a rowing machine and started working out a month ago. Now I'm intermittent fasting and going to introduce some supplements! I'm excited that these help with so many things so I dont have to take a handful of pills. These take care of being a basic multivitamin/joint/digestion and even an immune formula. I'm guessing these are gonna be a winning every day for me from now on.

Serving size is SIX tablets?!? And each serving is 6000 times your daily limit? Makes no sense. Printing error or something? These were really expensive to be taking 6 tablets a day. Won't buy again.

I would love to recommend these but in good faith I cannot. 1st I am not sure they do anything for me after two weeks. 2nd they are very large pills which you must take six of per day. 3rd I just cant justify taking these if none of the many advertised benefits materialize. For me, these are not something I would buy again. Your results may vary.

Got these because they are said to be good for joints digestion, and immunity. These supplements are HUGE! And the serving size is 6/daily. I have only taken them for two days now and maybe feel slightly better? It most likely is to soon to tell, so I will post another review in a month or so.

These, I'm not sure what these were for to be honest So I haven't noticed a difference on anything They are super powdery just feeling them and I don't I wouldn't recommend then, they don't taste good So maybe if I knew what they did, or if they Weren't as bad tasting they would be good.

My husband has been taking these for a month. The serving size is 6 tabs a day and they're pretty big pills. If you take all 6 in a day most of your "daily values" will be sky high. He chose not to take all 6. But at the same time, he said he didn't feel as great as he does with his regular daily vitamins. I guess you would have to try it to find out if it really works for you.

I wanted to like these but a few things bother me about them. You need to take 4 pills twice a day. That's not too bad but is a lot. The major problem for me was that it turned my urine to a neon yellow color when I take them. It is a very bright neon yellow and is troublesome. I stopped taking them for 2 days to test if it was from these pills. I took them again and the neon yellow came back. Took them in the morning and the yellow came back within 4-5 hours. So not for me.
