I found amount of caplets you have to daunting. They are not small. Over all tho Go the benefits of the vitamins were great. The extra supplements for joint health and others needs were a plus. My body feels better over all fro taking these supplements over the average One a Day. I did break up the amount of them by taking 3 @ AM and 3 @ PM. I would recommend these as an alternative to your normal daily vitamins.

Smells like oranges and comes in a large bottle. I notice the difference when I take them. I take one with food, but you can take up to 7 a day or more depending on your body. I enjoy the fact that my digestive system is regular, my joints don't hurt and I am alert when taking.

My husband and I took this supplement everyday, 6 tablets a day. Very easy to swallow because its not coated unlike other supplements that so hard to swallow because of coating. I can feel the difference after i took this for almost 2 weeks. I slept so good. And it helps my joint which my problem everytime i work outside. This does a good job.

Heard good things about these vitamins and decided to order! Haven't been taking them long enough to tell if they make a difference yet But I will update my review after a month of taking them. Hoping they help with joint paint. It's a good size bottle and I haven't had any side effects So I'd recommend them!

Serving size is SIX tablets?!? And each serving is 6000 times your daily limit? Makes no sense. Printing error or something? These were really expensive to be taking 6 tablets a day. Won't buy again.

Got these because they are said to be good for joints digestion, and immunity. These supplements are HUGE! And the serving size is 6/daily. I have only taken them for two days now and maybe feel slightly better? It most likely is to soon to tell, so I will post another review in a month or so.

My husband has been taking these for a month. The serving size is 6 tabs a day and they're pretty big pills. If you take all 6 in a day most of your "daily values" will be sky high. He chose not to take all 6. But at the same time, he said he didn't feel as great as he does with his regular daily vitamins. I guess you would have to try it to find out if it really works for you.

I would love to recommend these but in good faith I cannot. 1st I am not sure they do anything for me after two weeks. 2nd they are very large pills which you must take six of per day. 3rd I just cant justify taking these if none of the many advertised benefits materialize. For me, these are not something I would buy again. Your results may vary.

Pros Easy to Swallow Good B Vitamins Cons You have to work up to 6 a day to use as directed. These are a multivitamin. They are easy to swallow. They have a HUGE Amount of B Vitamins so when you get to the max dosage be aware. Other than that they are a multi vitamin.

So my initial reaction has been 1.) These vitamins are standard size for multivitamins but still large. I have an average sized woman's hand and wear a ring size 8. 2.) As far as that “vitamin smell” goes these aren't that bad. They smell a little chalky. 3.) No weird side effects or issues from taking. Now for what really knocked down my stars: The directions advise taking 6 tablets per day. SIX. That's a lot of pills. I don't mind taking pills but six of these bad boys? That's a bit much. I like that these have joint complexes as well but I don't know if I'll take again.
