My husband works out regularly and he uses a variety of health supplements and vitamins. He liked this product so much, he already ordered a second container. He mixes it up in shaker cup. He said it dissolves easily and has a good taste. He drinks it pre-workout, during his workout and post-workout. He says this product has essential amino acids to help the body to recover following workouts and he was amazed with how good he felt following his workout. He would highly recommend it.

Tastes okay, kind of an artificial chemical kind of grape juice with an after taste to it. I take it for the EAA in it helping me get through workouts easier.

The quality of this product is excellent and it does make a difference. I can feel the difference when I use this. Now, with that said I highly dislike grape flavored products, but that is on me. So this is a perfect addition to your regimen, and I will have to check for this exact product in other flavors!!!

This drink does it's job. It's helps with the recovery. I highly recommend following the direction and doing a test run for tolerance first. I drink this during and some times after. I definitely feel like it has affected my appetite. It's making me commit to drinking more water. I will be continuing this and updating the results. The taste will definitely make others not want to try this. The best way to describe this is a koolaid pack without sugar. It's not unbearable but I also drink protein drinks and my diet consist of sugar free drinks. So if you aren't use to that kind of taste, you maybe put off by the taste. Maybe add more water vs powder or add a sugar free flavoring to it. Walmart has the Great Value brand sugar free squirt flavors for like $2 depending where you are.

I take it about 20-30 minutes before vigorous exercise. I usually experience tingling in the face and hands but not to my discomfort. The powder does not really dissolve in water, even when stirred. The taste is quite sweet so I usually need a lot of water to make it pleasant to drink. I like that it doesn't contain caffeine!

I was really excited to take my fitness to the next level with this product, however, out of an abundance of caution, I ran this past my nutritionist first and was advised that this had too many stimulants for me. I would still recommend this product to those who are not predisposed to takachardia /Anxiety, or sensitive to stimulants.

Well where do i start i got this for a pre workout and the taste is not to pleasant at all. I guess i need to find a way to make it taste better maybe put it in a blender and add some fruit may help. Other than that it hasn't been so unpleasant that i won't drink it. Its best to talk with a dr before using this product there is a lable on it that takes about this. It also says some people may experience a tingling feeling i didn't have that problem i also did the 1/2 scoop at first to get used to the product.

Has a very strong taste, not recommended to mix with tap water. Better when mixed with 40 oz of water, and mixes better in shaker bottle v/s spoon stirring. Does not do as well for energy, but tingles are there with the Citrulline and Beta Alanine, This can help you push through your workout but is quite difficult continue to finish drinking throughout your workout. I am a bit picky about the taste so if you half the serving size with filtered water this product should work fine. Also, I recommend 40 oz of water after this product to properly flush you system.

I've tried to use room temp and cold water and this powder just doesn't mix well! When I have a pre/post workout drink, I would like to add it to water, shake, and drink rather quickly. Don't rush this stuff! It does not mix/dissolve well with water at all. Just look at the photos. When it finally mixes, about an hour or so later... The taste isn't too bad, but it's really sweet. I would like it better if it weren't so sweet. Almost taste like I'm drinking the jello mixture once you make it but before you let it cool to become jiggly. I'm just not a fan of this product, and will not be using it again.
