These are definitely a bit complicated to assemble, but they are beautiful and sturdy. I bought the first one in 2020, just bought two more. Love them!

Fantastic customer service from the manufacturer
When the bookcase arrived, we found that none of the hardware was in the box. I contacted the company and they quickly responded that they had the parts available and would mail them in short order. One week after my initial email, I had the parts in hand and got the bookcase put together with relative ease. It looks great and is a solid bookcase.

I like the way it looks after I got it together but putting it together was a real pain. For that reason and the fact that I ordered a black one and it has 2 pretty good size scratches which show up pretty good is why I gave it 4 stars. I did have a black marker so now you don't see the scratches.

CLASSY LOOKING SHELVING UNIT
I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE FURNITURE'S APPEARANCE SO I ORDERED. JUST PUT IT TOGETHER SO NOT SURE ABOUT THE QUALITY BUT SO FAR IT SEEMS NICE.

Returning ASAP!
Very disappointed.. I received a display I believe. Book case very dirty and dusty, nails and screws not in correct packaging.

DISAPPOINTED!
The bottom legs do not align correctly. VERY disappointed with item. Holes in the shelves did not align, making it impossible to put together. Would not recommend.
