The entire couch came in two boxes. The instructions said assembly would take approximately 2 hours, that's a very generous time estimate. It took me less than an hour to put this whole couch together. Super easy to change the configuration of the couch with absolutely zero tools required. Construction feel sturdy. This feels like a couch that will last me for a long time.

I received the chair and it was so easy to assemble. I am 71 years old and my Goddaughter and I assembled it in about 20 minutes. It was stylish and very comfortable. My husband has Parkinson’s and this lift chair gave him the ability to get up and down without assistance. After a couple weeks a strange ratchety sound started happening when he would recline the chair. I contacted the seller to make them aware of it and their response came within 24 hours. The customer service was beyond my expectations. Jack advised me that they were sending a new chair at no cost! I was overwhelmed. The chair arrived less than a week later and is perfect. It is great furniture for my granddaughter (11 yrs old) and her friends to lounge in. She loves it! I can't sit on it as it is too low to the ground and I have bad knees. Decent quality for the price paid.

For the price, its not bad overall. It went together rather quickly and easily. It looks nice and is fairly comfortable. The only negative to me is the back isn't as sturdy as I would've liked. You can't really lean back too much for fear of breaking it. Probably worth the money for a college apartment.

We purchased these chair/beds because some of our family are visiting for Thanksgiving %26 we needed more bed space. They were easy to put together %26 the fabric was nice however they were too small for our family. We will be returning them.

Description as sofa is generous. Size is similar to a child's set. Cannot be considered for a living room as it is too small.

there's absolutely not one thing I like about this couch I won't lie the seat is a little bit comfortable but everything else I am very disappointed they say it is 33 in from the ground to the top of it absolutely not the maximum height with the feet on the bottom of the couch is 25 in they say that the couch cushion is 5 1/2 in no it is not it is maximum 3 in and that's after you let it sit open a couple days this couch is made for Smurfs nobody bigger than three apples tall should order this couch if you're taller than three apples do not absolutely do not purchase this couch

This couch was delivered damaged and missing parts I have tried returning It and was offered $35 or to donate it and send them the receipt. No one I spoke to would accept it. I eventually was told I would receive a refund and I haven't received one. Today I was told that Walmart was holding the refund. I have received a response from Walmart. It has been very frustrating Walmart is 2 minutes from my house and I was told not to take it there but they're holding my refund.

I'm supposed to get two boxes. I only got one. It doesn't even say the date when the other boxes is coming if I'm ever getting the other box to my couch I need to know when the other boxes is coming cause I didn't pay $400 for nothing
