I love the product, but the wires came loose and I had to throw it away because it completely disconnected from the wrap. Unfortunately, the warranty had expired. I really liked it and wish I could get another for my arthritis.

It's a nice large heating pad, but it's a bit heavy and bulky. It covers your entire back, making it good for shoulder and back wraps.

I've had this for several weeks and used it almost every day. I love that the temperature and time are adjustable, and it has a belt to keep it secure. It feels great and helps with muscle tension. However, I wish the shoulders stayed a bit more snug, and the temperature seems higher than expected.

Very soft, fits my boyfriend's broad shoulders well. He has shoulder and back pain, and this seems to help. I gave it 4/5 stars because I wish it was a bit longer. It covers the upper back and shoulders but only reaches the pant line on the lower back.

It heats up quickly and gets warm, but not too hot. The only issue is that it's better suited for someone with a shorter torso. At 5'10”, it doesn't reach my waist.

I wanted to love this so much, but I was really disappointed. The heat never got very hot and it wasn't distributed evenly. After about 1.5 months of light use, some wires became exposed and it stopped working. The heat it did provide has significantly decreased, so now I go back to my old heating pad.
