These pans are really high quality. They are heavy in a good way which I think helps keep the heat consistent and prevent burning. Very easy to clean as well despite obviously not having a non stick surface. Only real complaint is a lack of lids but I had lids from previous pans.

Cooks evenly. Cleans easily -- (not as easy as non stick, if that's what you are used to), but can stand high heat without degrading.

GREAT ADDITION TO MY KITCHEN! Looks great ! Washes well! My husband and I cook all the time. This pan is great for sautéing. We use it in the morning to cook our veggies for our omelette, as well as to cook bacon. It definitely requires either canola olive oil, or butter. This pan is 10' which is a great size. Wait for pan to cool before washing. Food can stick but if you soak it in mild soap it cleans easily. This pan is made with stainless steel but also made of aluminum. According to instructions I always wait until pan to cool before putting in water to soak.

I love this pan. It is heavy, which is good. The handle is strong, and does not get too hot to handle on the stovetop. Cooking with it is a pleasure.
