This canner worked perfectly for me! I had purchased a new induction cook top and needed a compatible canner. This did the trick. We boiled water in it constantly for over 2 hours- then canned spaghetti sauce. We lowered %26 lifted the rack using the handles and everything was sturdy. This was a good purchase.
I like the weight of the pot, and how the pot functioned for water bath canning. Did not care for the rack when putting the jars in the pot- the handles tend to fall down once the pot is filled with water
I have used this canning pot to sterilize my jars and to can them, it worked perfectly. I would recommend this product.
