So far is a good quality and material

I ordered these scoops because they were made of stainless steel and seemed to be of good quality. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, I saw one scoop was broken (the spring had popped out). It is difficult to tell if this was due to product quality poor shipping. My gut feeling is the reason it broke was the way it was packaged in the original box. (They were all crammed together), The other two scoops were ok and seemed to be built well. Since there is no way of contacting the manufacturer, I could not receive an answer to my question.
