Cooking Mama Cookstar (Nintendo Switch)

I bought this game because I've always loved cooking mama on the phone and DS. However i found that the only new mechanics that are introduced in this game have to do with co-op play. If you plan to play single player, I highly recommend investing in Apple Arcade and playing Cooking Mama: Let's Cook instead.

It arrived very quick.

This game is pretty rare as it's not on the eshop anymore. But even as a rare game it's perfect for any age I'm 19 and I've been having a blast perfecting recipes and even getting new ones when I get 3 stars on one .it's a perfect game to just waste time in

Since I couldn't find any reviews I'll throw my opinion out there. Just received the game today and played for an hour or so, did 5 recipes or so. I'm going to say this game is quite fun as long as you keep your expectations in check. The motion controls aren't as accurate as the Wii but what's there is fun. I played with my 5 year old and he had fun also, some parts were a little dutifully for him but he could do most of it. I haven't played a Cooking Mama game since the Wii and wanted to relive some of those moments and this fits the bill perfectly.

This was a gift to my youngest granddaughter granddaughter for Christmas. I gave it this rating because as soon as she received it she disappeared to her room and did not come down until dinner. Fixed her plate and disappeared to her room again. Said she was in the middle of a level.

Bought this for a niece for Christmas gift. She has been wanting it since playing the one my daughter has.

this game is only available on certain websites as a physical copy because of a legal dispute (miscommunication, the game didnt make the cut, but the publisher did its thing anyway and breached their contract, and that resulted in a lawsuit and cookstar being pulled from eshop and physical copy production being terminated), that being said, get it while you can... as far as gameplay, its the cooking mama i expected, it could be better, but it could be worse. the time you have to complete the actions could be longer but its still possible to get 3 stars on every recipe. the graphics are okay, but the rumors are false. no bitcoin, and no, my switchs battery is not draining any quicker.

just like the one on the wii i love it

Its like the Nintendo DS game. So much fun. My 10 yr old granddaughter absolutely loves it.

My daughter is happy with the bunch of recipes, it was one of the games she used to play looong time ago on my mobile but even better having it for her Switch, it is a fun, girly kinda game, kawaii graphics and ideal fir children.
