Great product- Bad seller
I have used this brand of wood pellets for years and have never been disappointed. However—— the seller shipped the wrong product (Hickory) which did not work with the smoke I had planned. So be careful and double check your order when it arrives.

Try them, you'll like them
I have been using these pellets for 3 months now. They are by far the best I have ever used. They clearly give the best flavor. They burn long with very little cleanup. Try them, you'll be glad you did.

For the first time in 5 years of using pellet smokers my Auger jammed up.

When it arrived, the box was all broken up. The pellet bag was all broken up half the pellets were gone. I asked for a refund. I never got it. I would never ever buy pellet those pellets again.

ZERO STARS
This item and the seller are complete garbage. They sent the order to the wrong address and when I tried to fix it they ignored me.
