It's a little bit pricey for a sauce pan, but the old adage -- you get what you pay for -- is true. This is a high quality item. I tried a $20 one from Amazon, and it didn't cut the mustard. It was scratched up in less than a year. When the manufacturer's description actually says that the non-stick application will last much longer than most non-stick pans, that's a good sign. Even though it is described as light, it definitely looks and feels like heavy duty aluminum to me. And all of the chrome and shine in addition to the design makes it look like it should be in a designer kitchen which I don't have, but every little bit helps.

Just like everyone else, I love this pot. It is weighted nicely so everything does not burn, and it feels like a quality pot. I do tend to forget pots are on, so this one I will be careful with. It may just be the weight that makes it feel nicer but the handle is nice too. I never spend this much on pots but am happy I got this one.

This saucepan is compact but heavy weight and very well balanced. It heats up quickly and maintains even heat across the bottom. Surface cleans easily and is also dishwasher safe. I just love it!

Super light weight sauce pan to make no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies. The pan coating is nonstick, easy to clean. I find this size very convenient, but the best part is the lightness of the pan. It is my “go to” saucepan with well built lid.
