Would love a 16inch version of this low edge skillet. The nonstick surface is high quality, I made multiple crepes right away, with zero issue sticking even without a spray or shortening coating... Perfect for making grill cheese, pancakes, eggs without sticking. Very happy with this purchase. easy to clean both skillet face and flame side.

I can heat tortillas without them sticking. My salmon filets are so easy to prepare now. Pan cleans so fast, and the size is perfect for my needs.

Very best non-stick pan ever. Did not stick scrambling eggs. Nice for doing roti and tortillas. I wish the brand had 11 inches in sizes for large rotis.

did not expect this to work so great! we have a glass top so its hard to find a good pan to heat up tortillas tamales or toast vegetables for salsa but this little pan does the job, and i have no complaints. wish i would have found it sooner.

This is just what I wanted.So far I have used it couple times,works perfectly.Non stick, easy to wash. Very light weight for easy storage.Worth my money.

This pan does everything inneed and more. in iut for tortillas but has become multi purpose and uses for most everything. Clean up is extremely easy as well. would recommend.

Excellent pan. Have others from same company. Love all. Have to get used to cooking on medium temp. Pans can't be used on high temp

I use this for my dosas but they don't come out as expected and it hard to get a round dosa because of its smooth surface , batter comes around I guess it is more like a crepe pan or tortillas pan but no so great for dosas. I only use as a replacement for teflon pans
