Even heat, flat bottom works great on glass stovetop, excellent quality construction, not too heavy for arthritic hands, good non-stick performance over time if cared for properly. Bought the Cooks smaller omelet pan version a year ago and came back for this larger one because the omelet size one is still working great. This one is performing equally good.

This pan never fails to let my morning fried eggs slide right off onto the plate! It is the best of many "non-stick" pans I have used over the years. Will always buy this brand in the future.

Great omelette pan! I use it daily. Literally nothing sticks to the cooking surface. Cleans well with very little soap and a soft cloth.

Handles were solid not hollow, which was great. Pans were more sturdy and hefty than I thought they would be. Pleasantly surprised with the high level of quality for the price.

This is the 6th time I have purchased this skillet set since 2020. The surface is great for about 8 months of daily use with a metal egg spatula. Cooks sells an aluminum set that I have received in error and had to return, but I'm happy with anodized non stick.Love the anodized
