I'm really impressed with the Cooksmitp Bread Proofing Basket. It's well-made, sturdy, and perfect for helping my homemade bread rise beautifully. The natural rattan material is smooth and leaves a lovely spiral pattern on the dough. It also helps wick moisture away, resulting in a crisp, golden crust after baking. The basket came with a linen liner, which is great for softer doughs. I've used it for sourdough and artisan loaves, and the results are fantastic every time. It's also easy to clean—just shake off excess flour and let it dry completely.
I really like it's perfect size. It has more than I need as far as all the equipment.It gives you is more than enough stuff to get started. i'm new to sourdough, and this stuff has helped me to have success.
