I use these to ice my feet. They are perfect because they mold to my feet. they stay cold a good while too.

These are great little ice packs. I keep a couple for when I have a headache. They are the perfect size and stay cold!

These are awesome. Perfect size for my husband's lunch box. He said they stayed frozen for about 3 hours, which is perfect for him.

Should have paid better attention to thickness in the description. These are 1/4-inch thick and the usual soft plastic packs I normally order are 1.5 inches. Big difference, and these thaw within half an hour when using them on inflamed joints. But the woven-material feel of them is MUCH better than the thicker plastic soft ice packs made for lunch boxes. So while these aren't what I need, I've only taken off 1 star since the description plainly shows they aren't what I need (something that lasts at least an hour when icing body parts). If they were at least 3/4-inch thick they would be perfect, since everything else about them is far superior to the soft packs that are wrapped in plastic-like material.

The ice pack fits conveniently in my child's lunch bag.

package specifically says its flexible when frozen and its not. freezes well, keeps stuff cold, doesnt seem to have the issue of "sweating" because of fabric outside, but it is not flexible when frozen.

They sweat to quickly, I put them in a baggie .

not flexible once frozen, just a regular hard ice pack.
