Cool Gel Gramercy 14" Queen Pillow Top Hybrid Mattress

So far so good! Seems to be great quality for the price! No smell,stains, ect. Only complaint I would say I have is when it was delivered. It was literally thrown in my yard. Luckily, it was packaged great because it was raining when I got home, so no damage to the mattress but all in all my husband and I are happy with this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I swear this is by far one of the BEST mattresses I have ever slept on. Extremely comfortable and as one suffering from Sleep Apnea, I find that my sleepless and restless nights are not as frequent. My wife have learned that once you lay on this bed, it's extremely hard to want to get out of it!!

I'm going to buy another one for my daughter's apartment. It's very comfortable and I highly recommend

I bought the King size mattress convinced by all the good reviews, unfortunately I dont know if I got a defective product but the ends of the bed sink in so bad when you try to get in bed. If we lay down we cant lay on the edge because it dips really bad. When you try to get on the bed is like you are climbing up hill, just not my type of mattress if its supposed to be like that. Also I get that is supposed to be Euro top but the soft top edges look awfully wonky, they dont seem like they go along with the mattress. Mattress IS firm like described and easy assemble as it comes in a box. I did not like it so its being returned.

I wanted a soft plush bed. this is the hardest firmest bed I have ever slept on and you wake up very sore I will need to purchase another mattress so not good value for money Way to hard not plush at all

First off, once the bed was set up the memory foam top made you sink into it to where you couldn't get out of bed easily. Then, the spring part was so firm that moving or turning would make the entire mattress move around like jello, which was the worst when my husband wakes up at 4am for work. Thirdly, the return process was such a hassle. we had to call walmart to get the number of the third party to pick it up. it took almost a month to be able to arrange this, then once the mattress was gone I never received a refund! Its July, I purchased the mattress in March. Hoping walmart will process my refund now regardless of the third party not submitting their pickup info.

Corners and edges of the mattress are very weak and the mattress is very firm. We added a mattress topper and it was still very uncomfortable.

We tested the mattress for 1 week and actually, its assembly was followed to the letter, 72 hours without using it after receiving it, but from the first night, we noticed that it sank more than normal, considering that it was purchased Semi Firm, we changed and We improved support and it was even tested on firm ground and nothing kept sinking like an inflatable mattress, my body weight is 216 lbs and my wife is around 140 lbs, but then reading we realized that the mattress only supports 350 lbs??? Seriously, this mattress is designed for teenagers up to 175 lbs per body....

Mattress arrived quickly but was in bad condition. Not sure how this passed quality control (if they even have quality control). Multiple stains on mattress, several dead bugs and a small tear on the pillow top (visible with plastic still on/intact). Was not expecting this at all based on other reviews. They are sending a replacement and hopefully it will actually be new this time.

Hard as a rock. Nothing plush about it.
