Living Room Air Conditioner
It covers a large living room very easily, it is very quiet and well worth the money. The remote makes it super easy to turn the temperature up or down so you are nice and comfortable.

banged up in shipping, shell was dented, dropped so hard had to remount the compressor , control pad was pushed back in tabs holding it in place were broken, luckily it was going in shop, to banged up for in house, but it cools and works

still hot%26 glad our house did'nt burn down
my item was unfortunately damaged upon arrival but we did not know it until we went through the trouble of installing it, 2hours %26 one hired help to get it in the window later it was in, this unit was huge%26 the blower/ fan on it was awesome but the compressor would'nt kick on so we let it run a couple more min %26 walked outside to listen for it to kick on only to find smoke rolling out of it. Come to find out the freon was out of it%26 upon closer inspection of the packaging we could see where it had leaked out. it was a devastating blow but what do you do. if the coolant had not leaked out i would guess it would have been a good unit but no real way to tell

the air conditioner did not cool the room. The one I had before was a 8000 BTU and cooled alot better than this one.

I ordered and paid for 24,000 btu air conditoner, received a 18,000 btu. it was 4 days late packaging was terrible, thin box was all beat up parts of ac bent. Will not order from this company again or recommed them to ANYONE
