I am writing to express my concern regarding the delivery of my recent PC order. While I am pleased with the product, I was disappointed to witness the carrier carelessly throwing the package at my front door. I am concerned that this rough handling could lead to hardware issues in the future. I have recorded video footage of the delivery and would be happy to provide it to you to verify this incident. Please let me know how I can submit this recording and what steps can be taken to address this with the carrier. Thank you, Bahman Shojae
I've had it for at least 7 months. so far so good. I just do the typical stuff on it. Google drive etc., printing, Canva. The battery drains fairly quickly of the brightness is turned up. Does okay when brightness turned all the way down, but still not the best. I'm okay with it though. It came with a charger.
We were hopeful with this laptop but the battery didn’t hold a charge. We reached out to the company and they were most kind and helpful. They sent us a replacement laptop, however, that one never got past the “intel inside” start. We asked for help and they were prompt to provide a technical guide. However, the laptop was entering the blue screen of death. All we got after that was a… try the battery charger on the original laptop and hope for the best basically. I asked for a refund and they said, “Hello there, I'm truly sorry we couldn't resolve this issue to your satisfaction, and I appreciate both your and your son's patience. I completely understand the disappointment, and it's frustrating for me as well. To make things right and improve your experience, I can arrange for the newly shipped replacement laptop to remain with you—there's no need to return it, and you may dispose of it as you wish. Regarding the original laptop under order %23———, the maximum refund I can process for it is $40 USD. Could you please let me know if this solution works for you? I hope this helps.” What the heck is the point of a manufacture 1 year warranty? We haven’t even had this for very long. Haven’t been able to use it. Then we are sent another broken unusable laptop. I’m sorry, but this is terrible. Please as a consumer looking for a laptop…. Avoid this one at all costs. Get a Chromebook off Amazon for same price and get a way better experience overall. Oh and be advised, it costs money to just “dispose” a laptop. What a waste of time, money, energy, patience….
This laptop is a good valie for the money. It functions exactly how I expected it to. The only issue I had with it is being able to use the internet through chrome it wouldn't let me. However by logging into my Google account im able to access all the site I need to through that instead of the chrome search engine. Overall I cant complain for the money. And im sure with some technical support I could access the web through chrome. I just didnt want to invest into that and am content with being able to use it through my Google set up its just an extra step each time.
I liked the super easy setup. The size was perfect and screen was very clear and bright. it was also a great deal for a very low price.. The battery doesn't stay charged very long and the casting feature worked to begin with but then started malfunctioning.
it's a nice laptop but it's a bit slow. I thought I was going to be getting 1 that would be much faster since it is double the ram but it's actually slightly slower somehow. I'm dappointed for sure. next time I'll just spend the extra $30 and get what I know works the way I need it to
This was as advertised and I am very pleased with this purchase. I would recommend this seller to anyone that is looking for an economically priced laptop with lots of features.
very cheap, cord broke in less than a month and no other charger cords work with it
Perfect for my daughter as a homeschool computer. No complaints
Works amazing for my home school student
