Ive only had it a few days, but it's done as described. I did, however, feel regret after seeing the price drop as well as seeing other models I'd been eyeing drop in price that fit my needs better, but I'm still satisfied having this over nothing. I am unsure if it truly goes up to 25 miles, but I will update after more experimentation! I got it requiring a model that can go some distances without charge, for travel purposes etc. I do wish there was a more visible brake instead of just letting go of the joy stick, but I didn't find it too hard to operate with practice. Was some trouble with turn radius and ensuring strangers gave me ample room, such as at the grocer where they ram their carts into you like you arent even there, but better than some models. Thinking I might add something eye catching to the stabilizing wheels in the back to keep people back some. I also wish the battery housing was better protected so it could be used safely in the elements, I will need to figure out protective measures. I hope to find a headrest and back attachment I can integrate into this, I needed a reclining model but many I came across were exorbitant costs or only went small distances. While it doesnt exactly meet my needs, it did come up higher on the back with more give than many models. I am 5"4 and it's just below my shoulders when seated, I am proprotioned with more leg than abdomen. I do wish the legs could extend outward more, they feel just slightly cramped so I wouldnt suggest for a taller individual with long legs. Suprised me with the large weight rating it was made for someone shorter than myself. I have so far only used indoors on linoleum and in a parking lot and grocery store. It did manage to get over rumpled carpet and blankets/laundry which I had thought would get it caught up with such small wheels, but it surprised me! Be very careful setting up out and about, the first day I had it twice I clamped my fingers in joints unfolding it, the first time I was lucky and caught it, the second time that day I gashed my hand up real good in a parking lot dripping everywhere because it removes chunks. I will be trying to see if medical tape over joints will prevent that in the future. Really hoping to figure out some way I can extend a back and headrest onto it. I am still grateful that thanks to a loved one I could aquire an assistive device that allows me to live and be part of things and have my independence and I appreciate this company made it possible since my insurance wouldn't help. All in all even though it didnt fit my needs exactly, I would recommend this purchase. I do hope however the seller reads this and can direct me to a backrest and headrest attachment of some kind that could be safely used with this chair! Also that they could integrate a collapsible cup holder!
