this ladder is exactly what this 5 foot woman needed. We are remoding out kitchen and To help my husband with te ceiling I needed this extra step. we also have a 4 step one but I just couldn't reach. Im a 60 year old and I felt safe. This ladder is very sturdy and Im able to reach the top shelf of my cabinet with ease. very happy with this purchase,simple to open and lock in place.

I use the ladder to clean ceiling fans and windows, kitchen cabinets inside band out. I like that the steps are wide enough. I also got it for a great price on sale.

This laddet is light enough for me to use without straining my back or knees. I'm a 63 years young woman and not as spry as I was in my paratrooper days.

Very sturdy ladder. Ladder is a bit heavier to move around than my old aluminum lasder but is much more sturdy and strong in design. Thus ladder will hold more weight without worry of collapse or failure. A Great Buy!

The step ladder is very sturdy %26 appreciate the handle to hold onto. I also really like that it folds up easily %26 hardly takes up space. The ladder is great for the price. Highly recommend this ladder, especially for small homes.

Tge directions were for a three step ladder and had me looking for a part that wasn't included with the 4 step ladder. Ladder not as steady as I'd like but works well for my indoor needs.

It provides a higher reach than I expected. Probably due to the fourth step. I like the top handle for safety purposes. Only negative is it's hard to determine if it's fully extended and locked.

It bent on bottom left side while on it spraying a small pear tree and I fell and fractured my wrist… not even half of the weight it says it can hold. Not made well. I wouldn't buy and cannot recommend. I also rarely give reviews but made sure to on this one.

It is rxtremely dangerous! It slides out from uder your feet, I was stamdong on it replacing a light bulb when ot slid out from uder me and I almost broke my neck. Also I tried to sit on the step so I did not have to bend while doing something and I could not sit on it because the step is way too small and I'm a very small woman 5 ft and I weigh 110 lb s. I'll be processing to return today.

this ladder is easy to use. however on any flat surface it slips and slides and shakes when you try to use it. not worth the money and honestly extremely dangerous. the bottom where there should be stoppers to stop it from sliding its just plastic. i almost broke my leg trying to use it.
