I have trouble walking and this is going to let me go places that I couldn't last summer. I am really excited and can't wait to go to fairs, parks and shopping. It is light enough to go in my car and much smaller than the bigger carts that are available. Also, the price is much more affordable. The seat is wider than most chairs which is another plus, as some wheelchairs have a narrow seat and are uncomfortable. It also is sturdy enough to hold heavier loads than most chairs. I am very happy with it. I feel that I will be very safe using this chair.

Excellent wheelchair purchased for my mother it was easy to assemble and the joystick function works well to maneuver. I have yet to find a specific fault with this wheelchair and as compared to other far more expensive models, it is great value for money

I really like my CoolHut electric wheelchair. I was very concerned that I wouldn't be able to navigate it around my house, but it is very easy to use. The seat is very comfortable, and it is very roomy but secure too. My service dog adjusted to me being in the chair and walked beside me as I drove around my house. Assembly is very easy and fast.

This light weight motorized wheel chair was very easy to assemble. The remote handles very well and because it's not as wide as our manual wheelchair, my husband can get around the kitchen island and thru the doorways easily. Cantu wait to try it outside once the weather gets better to see how it handles on the gravel driveway and on the grass. So far we love it!

I very much dislike the writing on the back of the chair cushion. It is advertisment with very large letters and phone number. Very distaseful especially when in public. Do you have a back cushion without the writing?

Placement of built in cupholder makes it almost impossible to get through doorways. We had to remove it. The footrests could be more sturdy. My 86 yo dad broke one within weeks. Also, now it won't charge. I'm going to try %26 order a new cord to see if that fixes the issue. However, my dad has really enjoyed having it.

The cup holder this came with is absolutely useless. I haven't found a cup yet that will sit in it. The arm rests are very short which even with my short arms are too short! I am 5 feet 2 inches tall and the foot rests sit way too high causing more knee pain than I already have on a daily basis. The cushion for the seat and back is not padded enough so I recommend you you buy something more suitable . On the positive side of things it seems to be sturdy. I am a large person but sit comfortably in the seat. Also, it has a good rate of speed and I haven't had any problems with any type of flooring or pavement thus far. The battery seems to llast a long while thus far. Despite the issues I mentioned I would still recommend this product if you need a more affordable option as long as you don't plan to sit on it all day

I found the seat set back too far to use rolled up to a dinner table. The battery kept falling off, and the movements were jerky.

we had the wheelchair for 1 week and the controller went bad. it wobbles a lot and is very sloppy. I tried to call the company and all I got was a voicemail and no one has called me back. very angry and disappointed
