Honestly the couch exceeded my expectations. It's very soft and comfy. Love this sectional great buy.
it looks good as expected but sooo uncomfortable. the back cushions are very thin so you can feel the the hard frame of the back. and the bottom cushions have wiring in them and feel like you are sitting on wood. not comfortable at all!
