This thing is awful. Completely underpowered and barely functional. I'm well under the listed weight limit, and it struggles with me. I even had my 140-lb mother try it, and same issues with moving. So no, this isn't a weight issue, it's a quality issue.
It showed up with a fault error right out of the box. I had to troubleshoot it myself, disconnect and reconnect wiring just to get it to power on correctly. That alone should have been my red flag.
Once “fixed,” it still barely works. There's a noticeable delay before it moves forward or backward, and even then it feels hesitant and weak. Turning right or left? Forget it. It stalls, hesitates, or just refuses. Tight turns are basically impossible. For something marketed as a mobility device, that's not just inconvenient, it's unsafe.
The armrests are NOT height adjustable like stated or you'd expect. They only flip up to allow side entry. The footrest is barely adjustable as well. Overall build quality feels cheap and poorly designed.
I would not recommend this for anyone who truly relies on a wheelchair for mobility. If someone is fully dependent on a chair, this is not reliable enough to trust. Save your money.
