When I read the reviews and one thing that people talked about and same thing happened for me, the weight was NOT as described in the listing. The weight listed on this listing is 53.9 lbs and what I received is 68 lbs. That is a big difference and it was the reason I chose this product. I am now not sure I can get this in and out of the car myself, which was the whole point.
Construction does seem solid and the seat is surprisingly comfortable for me. One thing that was not in the description that I saw, is the arms DO fold up. That is a nice feature to have. It feels stable and I did test on gravel and grass and it did great on both surfaces. The joystick does take some practice. One design flaw, in my opinion is they could move the front wheels back a bit. It is hard to get my feet under me, in front of the chair to stand up. The foot rest does fold up but it also could use a redesign as to how far it folds up, which is then is a very awkward move to put up and down, especially if your legs don't move well.
All in all, it is a good chair and I look forward to my husband dragging it in and out of the car so we can go to farmers markets, art fairs and such once again.
