It takes a little bit to learn how to drive it. Backing up and trying to spin around takes a little bit to learn. My wife is 360lb and it takes a bit to do it because the front wheels need to spin and the motors are just not strong enough to do it quickly with a heavy load. Overall,it's very easy to get into small rooms, doctor offices and door ways. It's easy to breakdown and load in a car or truck. Very convenient to use. She likes it.

The only problem is your legs can bump the steel frame for the front wheels easily, so if you bruise easily you will need to pad that part. For those having trouble getting the joy stick to turn on move the levers on the motor a couple of times between Manual and Power and make sure both are on power you can mute the voice with the bottom left button on controller. It is really comfortable even for long periods, The Cushion and back have Velcro so are easy to remove and put back on when transported in the back of a truck which is nice they stay clean. Their also washable so thats a huge plus

The seat measures smaller than 20”; measures at 17”. When attempting to turn any direction while engaging it to move forward, there is a very noticeable delay. Attempting reverse, a voice recording begins…. I press mute which does not work; in addition to, the recording continues to announce “backing up” while now changed to moving forward. At this point, I have to turn the chair off for it to stop the voice recorded alert. Although the chair has these issues, I do think it is good due to my current weight of 380lbs.

This wheelchair takes some to get use to steering the front wheels. It helps get around my home and the many Dr. appointments I have for my broken ankle. Easy to assemble and stores away nicely in a vehicle or a home. I would definitely purchase again.

When I read the reviews and one thing that people talked about and same thing happened for me, the weight was NOT as described in the listing. The weight listed on this listing is 53.9 lbs and what I received is 68 lbs. That is a big difference and it was the reason I chose this product. I am now not sure I can get this in and out of the car myself, which was the whole point. Construction does seem solid and the seat is surprisingly comfortable for me. One thing that was not in the description that I saw, is the arms DO fold up. That is a nice feature to have. It feels stable and I did test on gravel and grass and it did great on both surfaces. The joystick does take some practice. One design flaw, in my opinion is they could move the front wheels back a bit. It is hard to get my feet under me, in front of the chair to stand up. The foot rest does fold up but it also could use a redesign as to how far it folds up, which is then is a very awkward move to put up and down, especially if your legs don't move well. All in all, it is a good chair and I look forward to my husband dragging it in and out of the car so we can go to farmers markets, art fairs and such once again.

This wheelchair is horrible. Parts are falling off constantly.. The seatbelt went first. I was buckled in training my dog and I had to stop suddenly and I went forward in my chair and it just pulled right off the bar it was wrapped around but not secured to anything. There are charging problems. When I connect to the battery directly it doesn't charge, so I charge from the arm. Seat is not comfy. It's not all terrain. It can't handle uneven surfaces, mud, wet asphalt, definitely not sand. I bought it when it was 50% off and even at that price I would never purchase this again. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this wheelchair.

the advertisement on the Walmart site said the seat was 24 in well when I tried to sit in it it's not 24 in it is only 18 in so I don't fit it so I feel they said the wrong thing so people would buy it all I have to return it and wait another month before I can try to get a wheelchair so I'm still stuck at home

The wheelchair is not long enough. I took it to a Dr appt with me an the thing would not move. I had to have the security to pull me to my appt. I was so embarrassed I called the number in the back of the chair she told me I would have to call back. I called back she Told me someone would email me. I would not Recommend.

It is not made for an 80 year old person like me with some cognitive decline. It is too fast. When you stop it continues to roll slowly which is good for a much younger person. The ride is amazing if I could control the speed better. It opens and folds well and the seating is great. The statement about it being light weight was important to me but it needs to say "how many pounds it actually weights". Like I said I really think this is a great chair except not for me.

on arrival chair will not turn left or right in place. Have left message with service but it is Saturday so I will wait for contact
