Very comfortable recliner. The fabric feels nice and the chair has good support especially for the lower back. It rocks and swivels smoothly and the reclining function works well. The padding on the arms and back makes it easy to sit in for long periods of time. The style looks good in the living room and the color matches most decor. Assembly was simple and the chair feels sturdy. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I ordered this chair for my mom. I was a little worry to order a chair without sitting in it or trying it out in person. I decided to take a chance and it is great! I was able to take it out of the box and carry it upstairs in pieces and easily put it together myself. It is easy to put together! I love the reclining aspect, and the wings on the side of the chair are great for snoozing on when you're so tired. Highly recommend.

It was easy to assemble. Nice style to the chair. I love the swivel and rocker features. I swivel the chair parallel to the wall and extend the recliner feature. This way it saves on space and I can recline very nicely. The package I very good shape, FedEx. However, there is a very slight rip and discoloration on one of the “wings” that must have happened during packing.

We bought two chairs and the assembly is easy. One chair the arm rest arrived collapsed. You can tell by the quality that these chairs will not last long. Overall, for the price, the chairs are fine. I did not want to send one chair back due to the arm. Too much hassle.

I wanted this chair to be simply what it was in the picture. Now, I'm 70 years old and was able to put it together by myself. The wings that simply slide on to the sides of the chair were not the same size or shape and left a gap as they did not go down to the arms of the chair. This is a manual close on the chair and it takes me a good 4-5 pushes to get the footrest back in the "home" position. After numerous communication attempts with Cool Hut, they finally agreed to send me another chair. Stair tuned for the next review! The chair is comfy... the manufacturing defects need some serious reconfigurations.

This is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. The back feels like a wooden chair. My back is killing me after sitting in it for an hour. I brought my old one back in and not sure what to do with this one now. Money wasted. I'm literally crying over this.

I ordered two of these chairs. The first one that arrived was wonderful. Looked exactly like the chair as advertised. Super comfortable and perfect for the room remodel. The second chair arrived and was a BIG disappointment. It DOES NOT look or feel like the first chair. The cushion is so hard and uncomfortable. The color is not the same as the first chair. the pattern is also not the same as the other. . I am attempting to return it for a replacement, in hopes it will be like the first one that arrived. I have yet to hear back from the seller. So it just depends on which chair they send you.

The chair sits to low not good for person with knee problems. No padding. Love the swivel and rocking and the circle bottom. Not made in America.

It had broken latches on the wings and if it was overstuffed I couldn't tell for it was hard like thick cardboard however, I like the return policy, it was Outstanding
