The scooter arrived well packaged and undamaged. Assembly was easy, the seat is comfortable, steering is smooth, and braking feels safe. It runs quietly with strong power and great battery life. Stylish design and very practical for daily errands — highly recommended!

My wife and I purchased duplicate mobility scooters so we could enjoy brief trips to museums, parks etc with the rest of our younger family. I have mobiity issues and am unable to keep up with my wife. The two scooters arrived within two weeks of ordering. We found them to be easy to assemble within about fifteen minutes, even without instructions, with nine easy steps: 1. Insert battery into chassis compartment. 2. Pick up seat, insert support post into the chassis support post. Insert bolt into one of two holes for seat height adjustment. 3. Slide armrests (labelled R and L) into each side of seat back. Tighten hand knobs to hold armrests in desired positions. 4. Install tiller positions adjustment knob around base of tiller on chassis. 5. Raise tiller with your hand. Loosen position adjustment knob, raise tiller angle to desired position, and tighten knob. 6. Attach small red freewheel lever to right rear of chassis. 7. Slide right and left tip wheels into rear of chassis. 8. Install adhesive floor mat in front of battery compartment. 9. Hang front basket on tiller, and push rear basket onto chassis. They are easy to operate, and can fit them both into the back of our Subaru outback. These scooters exceed our expections!

This scooter is a game changer! It has made grocery shopping a breeze. We no longer have to wait for an empty mobile scooter at grocery stores. We find it easy to ride and navigate. The ability to remove the battery and charge it saves time, effort, and energy! It is a great price for the money as well!

We purchased this Scooter for my 83 years old father-in-law. It successfully traveled on sidewalks of the neighborhoods, even some bumpy streets. Good battery life and a comfortable ride.We put the walker at the back of the scooter so we can go to the nearby park anytime without worrying about traffic jams. So far it's been great! Overall we love it and recommend it!

I have only used it once so far but I was impressed with how easy it was to assemble and not very heavy to lift. It will get more use in the coming months.

The whole process from start to finish was easy! Ordering, shipping and delivery was early, I am a 47 yr old female with corpal tunnel in hands and my two corpal bones in my left hand are dead and deteriorating and I was able to lift it out of box and completely available within 30 minutes.

Assembly instructions are not included, the link to the instructions gets to a translated version of another language's partial instruction. There were several components (cup attachment for example) with no guidance at all. This is for a 90 year old man. Took son and daughter in law 2 hours to do it without adequate instructions!

This has been great for my mother. Given her back her mobility and we have had zero issues with it. Easy to assemble and comes apart easily to go in the truck of a car. There are 3 things that I think are negative notables but I think you will find them with any scooter. It is heavy enough that I remove the battery to put it in the trunk, it turns pretty wide and the back up alarm is really loud. Again, I think those are things that you will find with any scooter. I would definitely recommend this one to anyone that is looking.

The fuse was blown when it got put together, in the process of having some new ones delivered. The alarm kept going off and very loud, he couldn't turn it off until the fuse blew. once the new fuse gets put in, I will do an update to my review. Right now I really feel let down.
