my wife is actually going through menopause and I find that this blanket helped her so much last night that she actually slept through the night which was awesome so anybody if anybody has cold sweats hot sweats just dealing with menopause all together this is the perfect blanket for you I bought a king size because I wanted her to be able to wrap up in it to where her body could be as cool as possible and the first thing that I did was I laid it out on the bed before we even went to bed I laid it out on the bed on the top and I let the fans and the AC hit it before we even went to bed and then we put it on top of the sheet that we cover up with and honestly is a great

It's easily cooled with a fan on and has a nice weight. I'm very comfortable all night. It might not work as well without the fan but with a fan, it's great. Also, it is very slippery so I have to keep another blanket on the other side of the bed to weigh it down, but i love it!

Picture it a menopausal woman in the middle of a Florida summer 100 degree evening. There are not enough AC units and fans to cool you off, especially if you were raised up north and love the comfort of a blanket at night. After looking at many $200 options, i found this cool comforter, and it is a game changer. My HOT husband and myself can now snuggle again at night without me "shot putting" him across the bed when a hot flash happens...lol Thankful for a decent night's sleep again!

I'm one of those sleepers that HAS to have a sheet/blanket no matter how hot it is. This fulfilled all the requirements. It's just weighted enough to feel secure while at the same time amazingly thin, cool, and breathable enough. It's also smooth/silky enough that it doesn't flare up my sensory or fibro issues. Be aware that the measurement for the queen is a square (but it fits fine), and the snowflakes certainly are a choice (the reverse is blank/white if it helps). But now that the weather is turning warm and my body is starting to have its own personal summers I highly HIGHLY recommend this blanket.
