received a small container of this from a friend and never gone/going back to the everyday day stuff. Very good smell, no petroleum base smell works better and leaves my face smother and felling cleaner.

Rinses clean, doesn't clog razor, and doesn't make skin irritated!

My husband likes this for its nice foaming and light smell. He says "would buy again".

I was excited to see your shaving cream back on shelves after a short absence. However, the formula has changed. I get the same great shave as before, but there's now a strong and distinct scent that doesn't disappear with prolonged rinsing. Other reviews referenced this but I assumed it wouldn't be as strong as it ended up being. I adore your sustainable ingredients and business model and will continue to purchase other products from you, but your shaving cream is no longer for me. Perhaps it's what the broader commercial market is looking for though.

I recently scraped the last of my original product and decided to at least try the new formula (after over 8 years of loyally using the original). I was disappointed. Scent, sensation and moisturizing are all inferior to the old product. Why change a product that was superior to most, if not all similar products in the same price range? As someone who has to shave every day for my occupation, the added stress of now having to find a similar performing product disappoints to say the least.

The formula has been completely changed and not for the better. I nicked the heck out of my neck with this new formula I have very sensitive skin and it was tough to find something that worked for me. With the original Natural formula, I thought I had finally found a combination of the right razor and the right shaving cream. I have absolutely no idea why on earth Burt's Bees changed their formula for something that worked so well. I had given this formula a couple of tries' changing out my standard razor for a new one to see if it was that no change. I did read other reviews and was skeptical at first but now after experiencing the same effects I can see why people are turning the other way. I would add a photo but I'm afraid this would turn into a horror show.

This crap, whatever you call it is just the worst. It's not smooth, it's not a nice smell, the product flat out stinks. I hope someone gets fired for creating this product, maybe the whole department. You went from a 5 star product to a product I wouldn't give to my worst enemy. If this product were a superhero, it would be Robin. If this product were to be a life moment, it would be gum on the bottom of a shoe. Should I continue? I'm don't with burts bees until the old formula is back.

Sorry my husband does not like this Men's Cooling Shave Cream. He says the tube is 90% air, very disappointed. Will not purchase again.

I guess this is your New Coke. I think it is time to learn from others mistakes. When you have a product that is loved by your customers, DO NOT CHANGE IT.

Super disappointing. I finally used my last stash and this is just not the same. Please switch back to the old formula that I've been using for more than 10 years.
