The half moon back support pillow provides relief from a recliner with inadequate lower back support.

The pillow thickness is adjustable, simply remove one layer of memory foam. Also the cover is soft, quilted and removable for washing. I'm very happy with it.

This has improved my sleeping comfort. I switch from side to back sleeping. I like it between the bony parts of my knees when Im on my side. Keeps everything better aligned. When on my back it slips nicely under my knees. I am a middle aged runner and keeping my knees comfortable is very important to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knee pillow is great, it's the perfect size for using between your knees at night without getting in the way. The adjustable foam inserts are great for customizing it to your exact comfort, but the pillow case does get a little droopy once they're removed. After getting some of Coop's Cool+ sheets, I really wish they'd make a Cool+ pillow case from the same material for this knee pillow! It does get a little hot.

It was to hard hurt my knees lifted me to high even to smaller one ( took layers out)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is well made and the removable slices of foam are a great idea to adjust the thickness of the pillow, however, the use of the pillow made no improvement to lower back and hip pain, and may have even made it more aggravated at times. Returned after three weeks of use. The satisfaction guarantee and ease of return are wonderful.

Without the height it didn't flatten my back. It seems to need alot more firm foam and just memory foam on the top. I returned it and Coops return process was painless.
