Cooper Sharp American Cheese, Deli-Sliced Cheese to Order

We love the product, unfortunately, the staff does not package the product properly. Often times the cheese because it’s not wrapped properly is already just one hunk of cheese that can’t be separated. It’s very unfortunate. We have asked the shoppers to request that the deli put papers between the cheese sometimes the shoppers respond sometimes there is no response. Sometimes the responses they don’t do that other times the excellent shoppers make sure it gets done. As someone with a disability, I cannot come to the store so this service is very much appreciated. It would be helpful if they would respond more to the chat.

If you’re an American cheese fan then this one’s for you! We also love the size of each slice in which it’s perfect for sandwiches to chicken breast and on burgers with less waste and if Walmart employees actually use paper instead of just plopping slices on top of each other so it turns into a brick. I sure would love them to try to peel the slices apart and then maybe they would do their job properly.

I usually get 2 lbs at a time, the Tennessee St. store in Tallahassee is the only store in Tally that puts paper in between their slices. LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO. I have received 2 lbs of cheese just mounded on top of each other, can't even get slices off to make a sandwich. It's happened several times, but not at the Tennessee St. store I was refunded of course but I wanted the cheese. This cheese is expensive, and worth it, if they put the paper in between the slices like they are supposed to. That being said, this cheese is excellent!

I wish walmart would put an option on the ordering site to the thickness of deli items. whenever i order lunch mest or cheese they use such a thick slice. I dont like it. the cheese is too thick and the ham is like a ham steak inside of a cut appropriate forna sandwich.

My giving 1 stars for all categories and not recommending it is only because the pieces are ALL stuck together making it impossible to peel off to use on a sandwich or burger or anything. It comes apart into small crumbly pieces. I asked Walmart's AI character Sparky about why this happens and was told it could be from lack of moisture in the cheese, being left out at the store %26 being put back in the cooler, it could from being sliced too thin, it could be from from thin slicing, etc,etc, etc.All we know is we can't make a sandwich with it or have a cheeseburger or enjoy it at all. This is not the first time this has happened. Walmart, please do something to figure out how to solve this problem.

The order came smashed and melted because 2hot chickens I also purchased were sitting on top of the cheese. I requested some assistance was offered a refund if I bring the cheese back to the store. my wife and I are both disabled and if I could have gotten to the store I would have bought my cheese then. we use the delivery because we can't get to the store.

The shopper was too lazy to go to the deli to get my order of cheese. I called the store and they confirm that there was plenty of cheese in the deli case. I called Customer Service and they assured me that the cheese would be added to my order as available, and it will be delivered. The delivery came and the cheese was not a part of the order as promised.

I love the taste of this cheese but the deli staff need to be trained to 1) interleave the slices to keep it from sticking together and 2) stop placing the label over the zip closure. Once opened, the deli label gets caught in the zipper of the bag rendering it useless.

THE PRODUCT IS GREAT - THE PROBLEM WAS THE WAY IT WAS PACKAGED. THE CHEESE WAS NOT UNIFORMILY SLICED, IT WAS JUST 2 LBS STACKED ON TOP OF ONE ANOTHER IS A BAG, NO PAPERS IN BETWEEN THE SLICES.THIS MEANS THAT I WIND UP WITH HUNKS OF CHEESE WHEN I'M MAKING A SANDWICH. I PAID OVER $8 A LB FOR THIS AND IT WAS JUST NOT PACKAGED WELL AT ALL!!!!!!

I asked for Cooper cheese, I got American cheese. I'm gonna take a picture of the label and send it to you. I am getting so tired of Walmart giving me what they wanna. Give me not what I paid for or taking something from my items that I do pay for I receive open packages, missing items. I don't complain because maybe they're hungry or they're thirsty, but it's unfair when I can't get what I order. What I pay for\n I will take a picture of the cheese packets and send it to you.
