Copper Fit Dual Action Back Brace, Built in Lumbar Support Panels, Adjustable Fit and Compression, 30"-50"

I typically wear a women's size 6 pants. This item was slightly large on me but I was still able to adjust it in such a way to give a good level of support for my back. This would be better suited for someone a little larger than me. It is very high quality, seems to be well made and does what it's expected to do. I recommend it

I'm a personal trainer I needed to protect my back when doing some quite strenuous work with a client. I tried it yesterday and it made a huge difference. No back pain afterwards. This back brace fits on my husband well. As it is adjustable he is able to get it to the right fit. He says the material is of good quality and ability to adjust the sizing and compression with ease is a plus. The Velcro was very sturdy. He did feel it could've been better designed where it overlaps the Velcro part as he had to maneuver it over each other and still have it stick on. He said his back felt very supported though his tummy was very constricted because of his big belly. He also felt it was a great value.

I love the fit of this copper fit dual action back brace. It's marketed as one size fits most my waist is 36 inches and it fit easily and I especially liked that the Velcro made adjustment very easy. The compression was just right and I really felt like they built in support panels added great stability to my back .
